- By the end of the month you need to fill out the Team Monthly Volume Milestone Bonus form so you qualify to receive your bonus check. We will mail out the bonus checks by the 10th of the following month. You can also decide to use your bonus for helping hungry Americans. If you decide to choose this option, we will purchase square meals with your bonus check funds.
